These Terms govern your use of My Local SEO Guru services. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide local SEO consulting, audits, optimisation, and related services. Service scope is defined in our proposals or agreements.

Payment terms

• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and access when requested
• Approve recommendations before implementation
• Maintain Google Business Profile and review responses

No guarantees

SEO results depend on many factors. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue increases.

Termination

• Monthly services continue until cancelled with 30 days’ notice
• We may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. We retain rights to methodologies, templates, and tools we develop.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are resolved in Dubai courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
